SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping [United States]

Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $75 (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, before gift wrap charges, and after coupons). Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business day(s). Select items considered hazardous materials are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service.

For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $8.00 for 3 Day Standard shipping.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout and based on shipment weights. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business day(s).Select items considered hazardous materials are restricted and can not be shipped internationally. These items are denoted on the item page. If an item is placed in an order that item will be cancelled and refunded. 

If your country is not listed in the shipping options please contact us to see what options are available. Transit times vary by destination and can range from 5-21 days. Please allow additional transit time during peak seasons. Duties and VAT's are the responsibility of the recipient.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend ground shipping at $8.00 if orders are under $75. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico or internationally.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. You may also signup for SMS (text) notification of your shipment and delivery.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gusto and Co you may return the unused portion within 15 days of your receipt for a refund. Once the returned items are received your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Purchases from Gusto and Co receive free return shipping.

When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment.  When returning individual items from an order the Gift with Purchase may be kept.

**Please note original shipping cost is nonrefundable.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be made only on merchandise returned in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.

Free Return Shipping

If you have purchased from Gusto and Co and wish to return or exchange an item(s):

Email us at returns@gustoandco.com

An Online Service Expert will provide a pre-paid return label via email.

Print It
Print the label from your email. Complete the Return Merchandise/Exchange form included in your email. *Please check the appropriate box if the item was a gift

Pack It
Carefully pack items into the box (or appropriate shipping container) and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Ship It
Take the package to any USPS location. Full instructions are included in the return label email. Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at returns@gustoandco.com or (864) 777-0799.
